Future System Hospitality

Build something worth staying in.

Cabins and guest spaces, precision-made in our factory, delivered ready for your season.

Why Future System Hospitality

The case for building differently

Season Certainty

Your cabin arrives ready to open, not a construction site. Factory build means your timeline is in our hands, not the weather's. We tell you the week it arrives. We mean it.

Quality That Earns Reviews

Guests photograph good architecture. They return to spaces that feel considered. Every Future System offering is designed to be both, built to a specification and budget.

Energy matters to us

With lower energy bills for you, a genuine sustainability story for them. Not a vague claim. A measurable standard.

Hospitality Operators & Landowners

From brief to handover

Six steps that get your guest spaces built on time, to specification, and ready for the season.

01

Brief & Configuration

We talk through your site, your vision and your guest experience goals. Cabin count, layout, spec level, guest profile and seasonal opening. We establish what we are building and confirm we can deliver it to your programme.

02

Design & Drawings

We prepare detailed drawings and a confirmed specification tailored to your site and brand. You review and approve before manufacture begins. No downstream surprises — the specification is locked before the first component is cut.

03

Factory Manufacture

Your cabins are precision-made in our Yorkshire facility. We give you a confirmed build week before contract and hold to it. Quality checks are embedded at every manufacturing stage, not applied at the end.

04

Site Preparation

While your cabins are being manufactured, your site is prepared simultaneously. Foundations, services, access routes and landscaping groundworks. Both happen in parallel — this is how we protect your season opening date.

05

Installation

Typically 1 day on site depending on the number of units. Your cabins arrive crane-set, weathertight and secure from day one. Minimal disruption to any existing operation. No open-ended site phase.

06

Handover

Commissioned, signed off and yours. All documentation, warranties and compliance records provided at handover. Ready to furnish, dress and open for guests. On the date we agreed at contract.

Common Questions

Is a modular cabin right for you?

The questions we're asked most often, answered directly.

What will it look like?

Create a cabin to your Architect's Vision & Specification. Future System cabins are designed by architects to spec. The quality is evident in the detail: the window reveals, the material junctions, the finish.

Is it permanent? Can I get planning permission?

As permanent as you want it to be. Our cabins can be planned as permanent structures or sited where planning allows temporary structures. We can advise on the right approach for your site and planning authority.

What about maintenance? Will it hold up to the weather?

Factory manufacture means fewer defects, not more. Site-built construction introduces defects through weather exposure, sequential trade handoffs and variable workmanship. Our controlled factory environment eliminates these variables. Better tolerances, better weatherproofing, fewer of the defects that generate maintenance calls.

Come and see how we build it.
