A system based on key elements.
Future System's process is different from the moment you make contact. A controlled, quality-checked manufacturing sequence that removes the variables traditional construction cannot.
Precision-manufactured elemental timber construction.
Future System buildings are manufactured as fully structural elements in our Yorkshire factory. Each element is complete, structurally, thermally, and sheathed before it leaves the factory. Elements are then crane-lifted onto prepared foundations on site closed up, fit out and connected to services.
The building system is designed for repetition. The same quality of manufacturing process applies to scheme one as to scheme ten. This is how we can make programme certainty a contractual commitment rather than an aspiration.
Every Future System home meets zero carbon operational standard as a base specification. This is not achieved through retrofitted measures; it is designed into the building system from the outset.
| Construction method | Precision timber elemental, factory manufactured |
| Structural system | Fully structural elements |
| Zero carbon standard | Operational, all homes, as standard |
| Building regulation compliance | Part A (Structure), Part B (Fire), Part E (Acoustics), Part L (Energy), Part M (Access) |
| EPC target rating | A as Standard |
| Thermal performance | Exceeds Part L minimum requirements |
| Acoustic performance | Factory QC at every module-to-module junction |
| Airtightness | Tested pre-fitout |
| Floor-to-ceiling height | 2.5m (standard), configurable |
What we do.
Off site
- → Design, specification and manufacturing drawings
- → Factory manufacture to confirmed specification
- → Quality control at every manufacturing stage
- → Transport and site installation
- → Planning permission (where required)
On Site
- → Site preparation and foundations
- → Utility connections to boundary
- → Site access for delivery and crane
- → Internal fitting out (furnishings, finishes where applicable)
- → Commissioning and handover documentation
- → Building regulation compliance certification

Our Factory
This is where quality
is decided.
Future System's factory in Yorkshire is not a construction site. It is a precision manufacturing environment, controlled, quality-checked and engineered to produce buildings that site-based construction cannot match.
The factory is where every quality decision is made. Not on site, in the weather. Here, in a controlled environment, with fixed procedures and quality gates at every stage.
Quality control, built into the process
Stage 1
Materials & Inputs
All materials checked against specification before they enter the manufacturing sequence. No non-conforming material reaches the build stage.
Stage 2
In-Process Checks
Quality gates at each manufacturing stage. Elements are checked and signed off before the next stage begins.
Stage 3
Pre-Delivery Inspection
Full inspection of every completed elements before it leaves the factory. Issues identified and resolved here, not after installation on site.
